Morning Inspiration

The following is a now famous quote from Marianne Williamson's book Return to Love.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Well, no more has been heard on the purchase of the farm.  It was supposed to happen today.  The legal beagles are working it out, earning their keep.  It will all be better in the end when the title is clearly ours.

Blogging - Day 1

Okay, so here it is, I have created a blog.  A place to get stuff out of my head and a place to share My New Farm Adventure.

It doesn't look like the farm purchase will happen tomorrow as planned due to a property survey discrepancy.  I am so very thankful we do not have a moving truck booked to take us away from here to there - which is not ready to be ours yet.  It will all happen in good time I know.

So, today will be a day of more organizing.  And a car wash.  The mild weather continues.  My car is filthy dirty, like all the other cars at this time of year.  And I want to get on top of some more guild work.  I am thankful for the time to do all of these things, now that I am unemployed.

Oh, and I have new from England, wool to spin - white Wensleydale and black Welsh.

Dog is depressed.  Maybe it's the grey day.  He wants his new farm!
